For nearly 28 years, North Whidbey Veterinary Hospital of Oak Harbor has been taking care of dogs, cats, birds, and exotic pets. Dr. Mangiameli graduated in 1974 from Cornell University. In both 2004 and 2007 he was voted "best veterinarian" by readers of the Whidbey News-Times. Our staff is made up of friendly, local, long-term residents.
Preventive Animal Care through Diet
Your dog may be barking or your cat mewing, but that doesn't always mean it's hungry. Overfed animals are one of the major problems facing veterinary medicine today. Consequently, we focus on diet so we can help keep your pet healthy over the long term.
Other preventive care includes ultrasonic teeth cleaning and checkups. We're fully equipped with x-rays and for surgery, whether it's for spaying and neutering or for damage to limbs and organs from an accident.
